Walk on snake path is cancelled due to bad weather. Done it before, so it was not too important. Probably there would have been too clouded to see any sunrise.
Nice museum at the entrance. It gave a good overview over Masada. Could walk at my own pace. The audio adjusted to which room I entered, which was great. Maybe there could have been more about the dramatic Siege of Masada, which was one of the final events in the Jewish-Roman war.
Bedouin lunch and camel riding
The group went on a camel riding expedition in the desert. Weather was quite windy and chilly. Choose to stay inside with a cup of warm and sweet tea.
Going back to the hotel to relax. Some opted for the spa, dead sea, massage,.. Nice to be inside anyway.
