Ah, finally vacation. Going to the east coast of the USA and the MSP area for a few weeks. Looking forward to it!Endelig er det ferie. Kursen går til østkysten av USA og Minneapolis i noen uker. Ser fram til det. Vakna tidlig så fikk med meg soloppgangen.

Arrive in NYC
Relaxing trip to th US. Plane left Stavanger on time. Had plenty of tme in Amsterdam. Had a sandwich and a cake before going through security and boarded the plane. Time for breakfast. Perfect that they have water from home… Cheap, maybe I should take some back home to sell it… 🙂 Enkel frokost med vann heimefra. 9 kr for halvliteren. Må kanskje ta med noe heim. 🙂
Vacation soon

Last day
Ready for breakfast. Today we are driving through Fredrikshavn to Skagen. Seems like this is going to be were we have the least wind in Denmark. Would be really nice!
Day 5
Have been to Egeskov Slott today. Nice place… In the afternoon we drove to a photo store outside Århus, so I could shop a photo bag. I can’t believe that they still don’t accept Visa cards in Denmark. Heading for Ålborg, where we are staying for the night. Tomorrow it is a trip to Skagen.
Day 4
After breakfast we headed towards Roskilde, to visit the viking museum and the Cathedral. On our way back, we visited downtown Odense, were we saw the house of the famous author HC Andersen. Tonight there is a handball game between Norway and South-Korea. I am glad that Norway seems to be back in good shape.Continue reading “Day 4”

Visit to Legoland and the Lion park. Continuing towards Odense, where we are staying at a hotel south of the city. Dinner in the hotel.

Started with breakfast. Have never been offered ‘Gammel Dansk’ (Old Danish liquor’) for breakfast before… It is a moist day, so we are not quite sure we are heading today. Left Kristiansand with SuperSpeed1 to Hirtshals. Great trip with tasty food. A bit too much, though… Plenty to select from in the ‘Catch me if you can’ buffet.
